The company was responsible for sourcing of fraudulent material, failed to perform checks of incoming materials and was unable to provide proof of traceability / tracking information.  

After detailed investigation, the CB recommended a certification ban for this company.  Based on information provided and the recommendation, the GOTS Management decided to ban the company from certification for a period of 2 years.
