Based on a complaint received, Investigation was conducted by the CB and it was determined that the company was involved in fraudulent activity. The company used fake input TCs and failed to provide any documentation required to verify the authenticity of inputs TCs. The company’s GOTS certification was withdrawn by the CB and a certification ban recommended.

The Global Standard management studied the matter and imposed a certification ban on the company for a minimum period of 2 years.
