The company submitted 35 fake transaction certificates for authentication. The certification body concerned conducted an investigation, and it was found that TCs were manipulated from drafts provided to the client and were not issued by GSCS. Following due process, the CB withdrew certification in November 2024 and recommended a certification ban.

The Management deliberated the matter, issued a notice to the company which failed to respond within the stipulated time and therefore decided to constitute a certification ban for a minimum period of 2 years.
