An investigation was initiated by the Certification Body in response to a complaint, during which findings suggested that the company was engaged in practices inconsistent with the applicable certification standards (regarding NOP scope certificate and transaction certificates).

The Management deliberated the matter, issued a notice to the company which failed to respond within the stipulated time and therefore decided to constitute a certification ban for a minimum period of 2 years.
